서버의 계정과 기록이 그 자리에서 삭제됩니다. Apple·Google 계정을 연결하지 않은 게스트 계정도 같은 방법으로 지웁니다. 삭제한 뒤로 그 기기는 대전에 다시 들어가기 전까지 판 기록을 올리지 않습니다. 설정에 「계정 삭제」가 보이지 않으면 서버에 저장된 계정이 없습니다.
앱을 이미 지웠다면 contact@hyperspeedgames.com 으로 제목 「FRONTLINE 계정 삭제 요청」, 본문에 게임 안 표시 이름을 적어 보내 주세요.
본인 확인 — 로그인에 사용한 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정 이메일에서 보내 주시면 그 주소로 확인하고 처리합니다. 로그인할 때 「이메일 가리기」를 선택했다면 그 주소로는 보내기 어려우니, 어느 주소에서든 보내시되 표시 이름과 마지막으로 대전한 대략의 날짜를 적어 주세요. 계정 기록과 대조해 확인합니다. 게스트 계정(이름을 정하지 않은 경우)은 상대 화면에 보이던 자동 이름(예: 「지휘관 4821」)과 마지막으로 플레이한 대략의 날짜를 적어 주세요.
요청을 받은 날로부터 30일 안에 삭제하고 회신합니다.

Open FRONTLINE → tap ⚙ (Settings) at the top of the Home screen → tap “계정 삭제” (Delete account) → confirm “영구 삭제” (Delete permanently) (on an iPhone with a linked Apple account, confirm once more in the Apple sheet). Your account and records are removed from our server immediately. Guest accounts (no Apple or Google account linked) are deleted the same way, and afterwards that device won't upload replays until you enter Versus again.
Email contact@hyperspeedgames.com with the subject “FRONTLINE account deletion” and your in-game display name. Verification: if you send it from the Apple ID or Google account email you used to sign in, we verify by that address. If you chose “Hide My Email” when signing in, send from any address and include your display name and the approximate date you last played a Versus match — we will match it against the account record. For a guest account (no name set), include the automatic name others saw (e.g. “Commander 4821”) and the approximate date you last played. We will delete your account and reply within 30 days of receiving the request.
Account identifier, display name, match records (replays, win/loss, stats, skill rating), results of your matches against other players' replays, reports you made and reports about you, and the Sign in with Apple link (when deleted in the app on iPhone). Results of other players' matches against your replays are part of their record, so they are kept but disconnected from your account (anonymized).
Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app (Android may restore it from device backup). Copies in our provider’s (Supabase) backups expire automatically after the backup retention period.
