본 방침은 HYPERSPEED(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 AEON(이하 "본 앱")의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항을 설명합니다. 본 앱은 자체 회원가입·계정 시스템이 없으며, 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 다만 순위표·업적·클라우드 저장 기능을 위해 기기에 로그인된 Google Play 게임 서비스 또는 Apple Game Center 계정에 자동으로 연결되며, 이때 게임 저장 데이터를 포함한 일부 기록이 해당 서비스로 전송됩니다(4항 참조).
개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 정보 등을 요구하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 광고 제거 등의 혜택을 제공하는 일회성 인앱 구매(창조자의 증표)를 제공합니다.
본 앱은 Google의 모바일 광고 서비스 Google AdMob을 사용하여 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공 및 성과 측정을 위해 Google 및 그 파트너가 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
iOS 기기에서는 앱 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 시스템 팝업이 표시될 수 있습니다. 이용자가 추적을 허용하지 않아도 본 앱은 정상적으로 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 제공됩니다.
본 앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google의 분석 도구 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 다음과 같은 익명 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
수집된 정보는 통계 분석과 기능 개선 목적으로만 사용되며, 이용자의 이름·연락처 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보와 결합되거나, 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에 걸친 이용자 추적(cross-app tracking)에 사용되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 순위표와 업적 기능을 위해 Android에서는 Google Play 게임 서비스, iOS에서는 Apple Game Center를 사용합니다. 앱을 실행하면 기기에 로그인된 계정으로 자동 연결되며, 이용자가 순위표 화면을 열지 않아도 다음 기록이 해당 서비스로 전송됩니다.

EEA·영국·스위스에서 앱을 실행하면, Google이 인증한 동의 관리 도구(UMP)를 통해 광고 및 분석 목적의 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 선택하신 내용은 기기에 저장되어 광고·분석 서비스에 신호로 전달됩니다.
본 앱은 이 동의 여부가 확인되기 전까지 분석 데이터 수집을 시작하지 않습니다.

캘리포니아 등 관련 법률이 적용되는 미국 주의 이용자에게는, 개인정보의 판매 또는 공유에 대한 거부(Opt-Out)를 선택할 수 있는 안내 창이 표시됩니다. 선택은 위와 동일하게 설정 > 정보 > [개인정보 옵션 (광고 동의)]에서 다시 변경하실 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 오프라인 보상 알림 등 재참여를 위한 로컬 알림을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 알림은 이용자 기기 내에서만 생성·예약되며 개발자 서버로 어떤 정보도 전송하지 않습니다. 다만 알림 허용 여부와, 알림을 눌러 앱을 열었는지(알림 종류)는 서비스 개선을 위해 3항의 분석 도구에 기록될 수 있습니다. 기기 설정 또는 앱 내 옵션에서 알림 종류별로 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
게임 저장 데이터는 이용자 기기에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다(이용자가 별도로 백업한 파일 제외). 광고 관련 데이터의 보관·삭제는 위 Google 정책을 따릅니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
Android에서는 운영체제(Google)의 자동 백업 기능이 켜져 있으면, 앱의 저장 데이터가 이용자 본인의 Google 계정으로 백업됩니다. 이는 개발자가 만든 기능이 아니라 Android가 앱 전반에 제공하는 기능이며, 백업본은 이용자의 계정에 보관되어 개발자는 열람할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제한 뒤 같은 계정으로 다시 설치하면 이 백업본이 자동으로 복원될 수 있습니다.
iOS에서는 앱 데이터가 기기 전체의 iCloud 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 이용자의 iCloud 설정을 따릅니다. 어느 경우에도 개발자는 해당 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.
순위표·업적 기록은 앱을 삭제해도 Google 또는 Apple의 서버에 남습니다. 삭제를 원하시면 다음 경로를 이용하시거나, 아래 문의처로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

This policy explains how AEON ("the App"), provided by HYPERSPEED ("the Developer"), handles data. The App has no sign-up or account system of its own, and game progress is stored on your device. However, for leaderboards, achievements and cloud save it connects automatically to the Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center account signed in on your device, and some records — including your game save — are sent to that service (see section 4).
The Developer does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to its servers. The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase (Creator's Mark) that removes ads and unlocks related benefits.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:
On iOS, a system prompt may ask whether to allow tracking. You can use the App normally even if you decline; in that case you will see non-personalized ads.
To improve the App, we use Google Analytics for Firebase, which may collect and process the following anonymous information:
This information is used solely for statistical analysis and product improvement. It is not combined with information that directly identifies you (such as your name or contact details), nor is it used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
For leaderboards and achievements the App uses Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple Game Center on iOS. The App connects automatically to the account signed in on your device when it launches, and the following is sent to that service even if you never open the leaderboard screen:
This information is handled by Google or Apple under their own policies; the Developer does not receive your real name, email, or other account details. If you prefer not to connect automatically, you can disconnect the App in the Play Games app or in your Game Center settings.
If you use the App in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, a consent form is shown through Google's certified consent management tool (UMP), asking whether you agree to the processing of your data for advertising and analytics purposes. Your choice is stored on your device and passed as a signal to the advertising and analytics services.
The App does not begin collecting analytics data until this decision is known.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Open Settings > About > [Privacy options (ad consent)] in the App to reopen the consent form. This entry appears in regions where consent is required.
Under applicable law you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Please contact us using the details below.
If you are in a U.S. state whose privacy law applies (such as California), you are shown a notice that lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You can revisit that choice at any time under Settings > About > [Privacy options (ad consent)], as above.
The App may use local notifications (e.g., offline-reward reminders). These are scheduled entirely on your device and no data is sent to any server. However, whether notifications are allowed, and whether you opened the App by tapping one (and which kind), may be recorded by the analytics tool described in Section 3 to improve the service. You can turn each kind off anytime in your device settings or in the App's options.
The App is not directed to children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Save data is stored on your device, and uninstalling the App removes it from the device (except any file you exported yourself). Retention and deletion of advertising data follow Google's policies above. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
On Android, if the operating system's automatic backup is enabled, the App's save data is backed up to your own Google account. This is a feature Android provides to apps in general, not something the Developer built; the backup is held in your account and the Developer cannot read it. If you uninstall the App and reinstall it under the same account, that backup may be restored automatically.
On iOS, app data may be included in your device's iCloud backup according to your iCloud settings. In neither case can the Developer access those backups.
Leaderboard and achievement records remain on Google's or Apple's servers even after you uninstall the App. To delete them, use the paths below or contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
