본 방침은 HYPERSPEED(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 AEON(이하 "본 앱")의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항을 설명합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인·계정 시스템이 없으며, 게임 진행 데이터는 원칙적으로 이용자 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 정보 등을 요구하지 않습니다.

게임 저장 데이터(진행도, 설정, 업적 등)는 이용자 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
이용자가 직접 "백업 내보내기"를 실행하는 경우에만, 저장 데이터가 기기의 공유 기능을 통해 이용자가 선택한 위치(파일·메신저 등)로 내보내집니다. 이 과정은 이용자의 명시적 조작에 의해서만 일어나며 개발자는 관여하지 않습니다.

2. 광고를 통한 제3자 정보 수집

본 앱은 Google의 모바일 광고 서비스 Google AdMob을 사용하여 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공 및 성과 측정을 위해 Google 및 그 파트너가 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)

iOS 기기에서는 앱 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 시스템 팝업이 표시될 수 있습니다. 이용자가 추적을 허용하지 않아도 본 앱은 정상적으로 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 제공됩니다.

3. 분석 도구

본 앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google의 분석 도구 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 다음과 같은 익명 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 로컬 알림

본 앱은 오프라인 보상 알림 등 재참여를 위한 로컬 알림을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 알림은 이용자 기기 내에서만 생성·예약되며 개발자 서버로 어떤 정보도 전송하지 않습니다. 기기 설정 또는 앱 내 옵션에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

게임 저장 데이터는 이용자 기기에만 존재하므로, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다(이용자가 별도로 백업한 파일 제외). 광고 관련 데이터의 보관·삭제는 위 Google 정책을 따릅니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.

This policy explains how AEON ("the App"), provided by HYPERSPEED ("the Developer"), handles data. The App has no sign-up, login, or account system, and game progress is stored on your device.

1. Information the Developer Collects Directly

The Developer does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to its servers. The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.

Game save data (progress, settings, achievements) is stored only in your device's local storage and is never sent to the Developer.
Only when you actively use "Export Backup," your save data is exported through your device's share feature to a destination you choose (file, messenger, etc.). This happens solely by your explicit action; the Developer is not involved.

2. Third-Party Data Collection via Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

Advertising identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA and similar device identifiers)
Approximate location based on IP address (country/region level)
Device information and app usage/interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, etc.)

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, a system prompt may ask whether to allow tracking. You can use the App normally even if you decline; in that case you will see non-personalized ads.

3. Analytics

To improve the App, we use Google Analytics for Firebase, which may collect and process the following anonymous information:

In-app events (e.g., progression milestones, Big Bang, ad views, offline returns)
An app instance identifier, device and operating-system information
Approximate, country-level location derived from IP address
App error and diagnostic information

This information is used solely for statistical analysis and product improvement. It is not combined with information that directly identifies you (such as your name or contact details), nor is it used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

4. Local Notifications

The App may use local notifications (e.g., offline-reward reminders). These are scheduled entirely on your device and no data is sent to any server. You can disable them anytime in your device settings or in the App's options.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because save data exists only on your device, uninstalling the App deletes it (except any file you exported yourself). Retention and deletion of advertising data follow Google's policies above. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
